Business Development – Assistant Manager
Job Profile: Senior Manager
- Build, plan and implement the overall business strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Develop vertical expertise, including industry research and perspective, to drive overall business objectives and marketing solutions for advertisers
- Build and inbound marketing plans
- Anticipate sales performance trends
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
- Agency Handling : Must have hands-on information about media planners and buyers at GroupM, Publicis, DAN, IA, Havas, Madison etcs, and must have handled respective agencies' large clients.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt at managing sales pipeline, forecasting revenue monthly/quarterly
Requirements
- Proven knowledge of Display, Awareness, Performance and programmatic ads exposure and native advertising campaigns
- Strong conversational writing skills, with the ability to engage an audience
- Has a hunger to learn new areas of marketing and social network, in this ever- evolving digital landscape
